My plan to write a blog hasnt gone too well so far! Fitness and food-wise (some of the main things I want to write about and figure out in my blog) went even further down hill since that last post. But Im turning things around....its back to basics..food wise and fitness wise..tried to a workout session today that 4 or 5 months ago would have been easy peasy and oh man did I struggle! Oh well at least that Day 1 down on hopefully the road back up...it will be uphill but here goes! :) some food from today / yesterday.. yummmm going to the market tomorrow for more veggies for sure. ok over and out for now. give me a shout if anyone is reading this. :)
