little wins and big losses?

This week has been insane and my immediate feelings was that the crap stuff that happened was worse / more important than how good the good stuff that happened was. If you can follow that? I cant follow it myself already!

Anyway what I mean is why do we let the badstuff overshadow?

Or was the bad stuff that happened really that bad and we just have to accept the trade off in order to have the good things?

I dont know..part of why I want to write this blog is to help myself understand these things so that I can always focus and enjoy the little wins in life everyday and yet a few oversized bad things can seem to throw everything off.

#3 Beach time

Went to the beach after training. Lay out for 10 minutes and I am toasted! Oopsie! Then went to a beachside cafe for banana bread and coffee..yum yum yum
Home now and theres a tiny bit of work to be done, think nap-time, dinner and bed! WILD I know!


Tomorrow -
Training, Job hunt continues, Planning for next week andddd I'm not sure what else!

#2 - Nothing to Report!

But I feel like posting again!

Today -
hunting for a job (didnt get one but went okay!)
eating... oats, coffee, rice cakes, rockmelon, more coffee, toasted tuna sandwich (mmmm) and now getting dinner ready
training..about 20 mins running! oops! telling myself it was cause Im tired- / way too soft on myself!

so bit of a boring day but sometimes boring is okay..have a busy busy day tomorrow!:)

A first post!

Little win #1?!

I'm not even sure if I want to write a blog!! Do I have anything to say? (maybe not)

Will I learn something new? (I think so)

So I'l try! Because the internet is amazing that you can try this and do it and no one will mind. If it doesnt work, it doesnt work!! But this is a start!!
